Two postings in one day. I must have a lot free time.
The Carps released their 2nd "Digital 45." This was recorded and mixed by yours truly and is available on iTunes today. Buy it, or at least take a listen.

Sam Sparro was in the studio to record some horns for his upcoming album and the horn players from Midnight Magic fit the bill.

I mixed a song that was a collaboration between Midnight Magic and Tommie Sunshine. The track will be coming out on Ultra. Here are some links to wet your palet until "I Found Love" comes out.

VHS or Beta in the studio
VHS or Beta were in the studio this past week. Their new album is sounding awesome. They came to track drums, which were performed by Jim Orso. He can be seen here listening back to a take.
Of course we recorded some synths. In particular the EML, along with the Super Jupiter, CS60 and CS5. We even recorded some acoustic guitar and rhodes. Additional pictures of Mark, Craig and myself below. A great time was had by all and I look forward to working with them again. If you are interested in finding out more about VHS or Beta you should check out their website: vhsorbeta.com There you can find any link you need to stay up to date.
